1. What types of fishing gear do you sell?

At Fresh Catch Equipment, we offer everything an angler needs, from rods, reels, and tackle to baits, lures, and apparel. Whether you fish in saltwater, freshwater, or on ice, you’ll find high-quality gear for every style and skill level.

2. Do you sell products for beginners as well as professionals?

Yes! We carry gear for every experience level. Our Beginner & Kids section includes easy-to-use combos and starter kits, while advanced anglers will find premium rods, reels, and specialty lures built for performance.

3. How can I choose the right fishing rod or reel?

Choosing the right setup depends on what and where you’re fishing. We’ve included detailed product descriptions to help guide your decision, but if you’re unsure, feel free to contact us,  we’ll be happy to recommend the perfect gear for your target fish and location.

4. Do you offer shipping, and where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK, United States (and are rolling out worldwide shipping soon). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping times vary by location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (check the banner or product pages for current promotions).

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured using encrypted payment systems to keep your information safe.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Just make sure the product is in original condition and packaging. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

8. How do I contact customer support?

9. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Fresh Catch Equipment Gift Cards are available in several amounts and make the perfect gift for any angler. They can be purchased directly from our Gift Cards page and used on any product in our store.

10. Are your products covered by a warranty?

Many of our rods, reels, and electronic products come with manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty information is listed on each product page, and we’re happy to assist if you need help making a claim.

11. Do you sell eco-friendly or sustainable products?

We’re proud to feature several brands that focus on environmentally responsible materials and packaging. We’re also working toward using recycled shipping materials for all our orders.
